Hromnik Order Limits is a Shopify app that lets a store set rules for checkout, such as a quantity limit or a minimum order value. This page explains what data the app handles. It is provided by Tomas Hromnik, Dubnica nad Vahom 954/3, 018 41 Dubnica nad Vahom, Slovakia.

What we store

• Your shop's Shopify domain (for example your-store.myshopify.com).
• The access token Shopify gives the app when you install it, its refresh token, and the permissions you granted: read your languages, read your products and collections, and manage checkout validations.
• The rules you create in the app: limits, minimum amounts, your custom messages, and the ids of the products and collections a rule applies to, with the time you last saved.
• Your plan (Free or Pro) as Shopify reports it, with the time it was last checked.

What we do not store

• Customer or order data. The checkout check runs on Shopify, reads the cart while it runs, and keeps nothing. The app has no customer records to export or delete.
• Names or email addresses of your staff. The app does not use per-user sign-in tokens.

Why we use it

Only to show your rules in the app, to run them at checkout, and to show them to shoppers in your store. We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or use it for anything else.

Where it is kept and who processes it

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database in Frankfurt, Germany. Processors: our hosting provider, the database provider, and Shopify itself.

How long we keep it

When you uninstall the app we remove your sessions. Shopify then sends a deletion request 48 hours later, and we delete your rules and any remaining sessions.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what we hold about your shop, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Write to tomas@hromnik.com. We reply within one business day.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
